Shipping Policy

Shipping Time -- All orders are shipped within 10 business days via Canada Post or USPS lettermail, provided the product ordered is in stock. Most orders take approximately 2-4 weeks for delivery. You can expect to receive your QStick within a total of 4 weeks after having placed your order.

We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. Consider any shipping or transit time offered to you only as an estimate. We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability.
